Hey there! I'm Amanda Adams-Roth. I'm a CPR/First Aid instructor, instructor trainer, and training center owner/operator. I was born and raised in lovely southern Oregon. At home, I'm a wife to my amazing husband. I'm also a mom to two active children. I love stories, sarcasm, and laughing. I'm pursuing my passion to give people confidence in a life saving skill. I've been teaching since 2009 and have either volunteered or worked in the medical field since I was 14.

I love my community and even though it has grown a lot over the years, it still has a small town feel. It's my goal to offer a personalized experience to each and every student and give people the confidence in their own abilities to act in case of a medical event. I enjoy coming up with new and innovative techniques for training and finding new ways to keep my classes fun and interesting. It's my hope that every student feels like they take away more than just a certification from my trainings.
